The purpose of 91制片厂Pro's Exit Interview Questionnaire is to gather information to help 91制片厂Pro retain employees, recruit new employees and to gather information on working conditions.
91制片厂Pro appreciates your feedback regarding your experiences during your employment. Participation in this Exit Interview is voluntary, however it is mandatory to return (submit) the survey to Human Resources with the indicated mandatory information even if you choose not to fill out any information.
